What services are included in the Maintenance Contract?
By taking out a maintenance contract, A.Celli undertakes to offer you the following services:
- Inspection: four months before the scheduled machine downtime the A.Celli staff, consisting of mechanical engineers and programmers specialized in the nonwoven production process, will visit the designated plant. Here, the team will assess the customer's needs, analyze the machine history (type of product processed, assistance and maintenance services carried out, etc.) and check the status of the components, interrupting the machine's activity only for a few hours during the inspection of the mechanical parts. At the end of these acitivities we will be able to provide you with a detailed description of the interventions that can be carried out during downtime and a list of the parts that must be replaced with original components. Scheduling this visit 4 months in advance will allow us to find any spare parts needed.
